First white officer didn’t show up until the end when the backup units arrived. I’m sure he was shaking his head at the entire situation. It’s like these guys have absolutely no training. A high school wrestler has more training than these guys. A first year martial arts student has more training. It is unbelievable that they could not cuff this guy. Two competent men could have easily cuffed this guy. I’ve never seen a greater display of incompetence in my life.

Here is what I saw. After traffic stop, cop pulls guy out of car because he wouldn't get out. Suspect, according to cop in vid 4 telling other cops why he stopped him, apparently didn't use his turn signal and would not pull over, and tried to run them off road with his vehicle. So, I can see why cop angrily pulled him out car. Then suspect would not get on ground like they told him repeatedly, then he kneeled, but he wouldn't lay flat and put hands behind back after being told repeatedly. Then I see one cop grab taser and someone peppered sprayed someone and suspect gets up and runs away. I don't know if the suspect peppered sprayed the cops or a cop accidently peppered sprayed a cop, but later in vid cop is getting his eyes washed out and another cop says, "yeah, he got me too".

Other video is in residential area where they catch the dude and I must have heard 3 dozen times or more the cops repeatedly saying put your hands behind your back. They were getting angry you could tell, suspect wasn't complying. Then I see one cop take several swings at suspects head and I believe I also saw a kick at some point when suspect was partly down. So they finally get him on ground after knocking him senseless is the best I can describe it, and handcuff him. Then it's over. Later I hear the cops talking about it to each other and one says, "he has to be on something" and another is saying the suspect tried to grab another's gun I believe.

So, my impression of the whole thing is the suspect brought this on himself, not his death, but the whole beat down. Didn't stop, used his vehicle against cop vehicles, did not comply with officers demands, may have used pepper spray against cops but not sure how that happened, RAN away from officers, and then once again, when caught, never complied with getting on ground or giving them his hands.
I don't think the officer hitting him in the face had intent to kill, just knock him out so they could get him down and handcuffed. Yes, obviously wrong thing to do. You would think 3 guys could take a guy down, but people "on something" have super human strength sometimes.

This sounds just like the George Floyd episode, except the cops in that episode weren't beating someone. Would like to know if the hospital found drugs in the guys system or not and what his cause of death really was. Probably won't matter, the cops are already guilty in the eyes of most of America, including the imbecile president and fbi director.

So, at the most I think the cop(s)is guilty of using excessive force, but not murder. I don't think that was their intent. Will probably get manslaughter charges.
