Kind of hard to tell for me if there's an element of sort of "jumping on a wave". Since the concept is sort of alt mainstream itself, but there's no real substance as far as anything that's being said... So the music video kind of comes across like "this is alternative mainstream music genre" but they fall short by not saying what they're researching..

Well, the singer just came into my shop to check his sound system, he said he was a California refugee...we hit it off and he sent me that link...pretty genuine guy, didn't know that's what he was singing about till I saw it later, so...

I like it...looks like they started working on it about a year ago, but not sure about jumping the wave...sounded like California woke him up...but thanks for the feedback.

No.. I'm being realistic. The song made me smile at one point but there's two factors at play. The one factor being, its generic 'alternative news' genre 'style' and two, its generic reggae bob Marley style as well . It's copping two generic ideas of genres which is epitome of some CIA created birth child brainstorm idea.. ultimately saying... Nothing.

The guys too old to think that's a good take.. how about actual lyrics describing literally anything. It's like white bread brand of "this is edgy"
