The problem with this is he also seeks to make antisemitism a felony, in other words a prosecutor who tries to prosecute one of them for child molestation or any other crime will be charged with a felony

Just remember, life in prison means that the taxpayer gets to support them for life.

It's a horrible crime, but I think that judges need flexibility in assigning punishment.

Try to follow me here. I am asking does the "capital offense" the AC referenced include a MINUMUM sentence of life in prison. In other words, if they are convicted of said "capital offense" then they are serving the rest of their life in prison no matter what else. If not, then it should include that.
