Last night as I was falling asleep something came to me, that Russia is sending military reinforcements to Vladivostok. When this happens to me in that way it's often true.

I looked it up and it looks like Vladivostok is a Russian headquarters for their Pacific fleet. I didn't see anything though talking about Russians building it up but maybe google doesn't have that info. Just thought I'd throw that out there.
