In the Navy, Woodward knew Adm Welander who then later served on Joint Chiefs and Naval Ops staff under Nixon.

Welander's office was found to be the WH source of leaks while his protegee Woodward was at the WaPo.

Woodward had neither the education nor the training to be a journalist but somehow got a job at the Washington Post.

I recently read an account where workers were ordered to remove the windshield from the limo and grind it up into dust. It had a bullet hole in it that came from the front. Windshield was replaced in less than 24 hours of the shooting.

Ford was then rewarded with the VP and eventually POTUS.

In her book Cathy O'Brien accused Ford of being a brutal child rapist, child trafficker and drug smuggler.

But let's not forget Trump brought up (teased) JFK murder in his 2016 campaign as well as a few other HOT topics.

Why would he bring it up and not do something, release something?

Unfortunately, as the OP of this thread points out it was largely Republicans like Ford who played a huge part in the cover-up and why I believe the Watergate break-in was to recover docs related directly to JFK's murder.

The GOP line can be traced back to Bush sr while at the agency.

Grew up believing all politicians are crooks.
