Re: Man who couldn’t afford bail dies after losing nearly 100 pounds in jail, lawsuit says
I made a mistake just this Friday 2 days ago. Used an escort service went to the house it was a setup all cops. I admit I made a mistake.

However they had us sit in a plastic chair for 24 hours straight I got 0 sleep and they didn't give me my meds. I take blood pressure cholesterol diabetes and psyche meds. I kept asking them they just keep putting me off. I bonded out Saturday night never got a single med, in there over 24 hours. I also wouldn't eat the food because it was so bad.

Towards the end I felt faint for awhile I felt like I was going to die. I finally got to talk to the nurse she was a fat bitch checked my blood sugar it was normal but only because I hadn't eaten anything. She just acted like I was fine and was lying for attention.

It felt like cruel and unusual punishment. Had a $3500 bond first offense no criminal history. And now I have a felony hanging over my head which can effect me from getting a job. All because I wanted to have sex with another adult and use a condom and pay them. Seems harsh but that's just my opinion.

I was in Cambria County PA prison for probation violation for two months and couldn't call my attorney. The Judge ordered the prison to let me call yet they didn't let me. Oh and they charge you 10$ a day for room and board.

you can go to jail in a white county and they give you a good meal. nutritious, healthy even. go to jail in one of the big city jails, you will starve because the food isn't really edible and there so little of it, boiled potatoes twice a day , every day with no salt or anything, no butter. at least they are cooked though, they are easier to digest if they are cooked

A man arrested during a mental health crisis was put in a solitary confinement cell at an Arkansas county jail — where he died of malnutrition and dehydration after he couldn’t afford bail, his brother’s lawsuit says.

So becasue he couldn't afford bail, he died of malnutrition and dehydration?

Bullshit. I bet he was addicted to drugs.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 73421769

And I bet your IQ is extemely low.

Both are assumptions that might be true but doesn't neccessarily mean it is.

The sheriff department knew the man had mental issues prior to his arrest. The arrest centered around his mental issues. It clearly stated that in the article.

The whole reasoning for them putting him into solitiary was due to his mental issues. He was not eating because he didnt like the food.

He originally was arrested healthly. All facts point to that. I believe it said he weighed 182lbs. He only had mental issues.

The facility used turnkey medical physicians and nurses, one being a psychiotrist. The man stopped taking his medication. Instead of seeing him, talking to him and/or changing his medication, the psychiotrist just stopped writing any medication.

The entire time the psychiotrist made no effort to see him or treat his mental illness. When the guy became worried himself over the weight lose, he twice requested via a nurse to see a doctor. Both times it fell on deaf ears.

If I had to guess, just like the psycho., the doctor, and the nurse, the other staff started neglecting him even the basics. It all ran downhill.

He died of dehydration from a staff unsuited to handle his degree of unstableness. Worst of all, a medical staff who just didnt give a shit and the catalyst for this man's death.

Think about it. No one saw him. Nobody. The County, the Turnkey Medical Company, and everyone involve needs to bleed, and it needs to be as dark green as it can possibly be.

Well, since the police have locked up all of the drug dealers, muggers, armed robbers, Antifa thugs, murderers and carjackers, and now that there is no more violent crime, they have nothing better to do than play vice squad.

I mean, it’s not like we have prosecutors, judges and politicians on the take, or massive corruption and racketeering in the business world, right? They HAVE to arrest Granny for jaywalking, don’t you see?

May your hatred for the cops grow and blossom. The more people who figure out that the boys in blue are just a well-funded criminal gang, the sooner things will change.

Americans are completely retarded now.

Courts uphold every law and Americans say that courts protect freedom.

The US is a police state, everything is illegal, and Americans scream that the police don't enforce the law enough.

The American criminal justice system is obseolte
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 78497198

It does what it always did, punish the common citizen who makes a mistake, and rewards career criminals. I've been saying this all my life, the system is set up to reward cheaters. On top of that these people are often rewarded beyond measure. My father was so loved by hundreds of people, and he was a murderer, a rapist, a bigamist, and just an all around criminal. Yet I sit home alone on the internet while he dined with Kings at my age. Served on many of the big boards. These are deviates running our society.

No, it is not guys like this, looking for some quick pussy. It is the elite that buy, sell, and trade in humans that are responsible for all the sex trade and traffiking. Don't fall into the trap that only the "poor" commit crimes. This is how the elite have protected and insulated themselves. They produce all forms of media: news, movies, podcast, etc... pushing the idea that only poor or demented people commit crimes, and you are eating that shit up.... They have the power, funds, connections... They own it all, the politicians, the courts, the police, the prosecutors...

When the US was a free country, Americans could decide what was best for their lives.

You could say that you plan to find a job today, enroll in college tomorrow, travel to Miami next week, buy a car next month, and start a business next year.

Now Americans must wait for decrees from the state like slaves.

Today you must get a mandatory vaccine, turn in your guns tomorrow, private property will be nationalized next week, you must get a microchip implant next month, and you'll sent to the concentration camps next year.

No one is reponsible for anything because everyone is just following orders.

The elites want everything, but they don't need you.

Wake up. Look what is going down.

they've made everything a felony now and and everyone else is in lockstep, the renters, the employers hr, are all in agreement to exterminate rule breakers so they can breed the perfectly obedience race of wiggers while they encourage alpha blacks to mate with 20 bitches and breed a master dominant race of thugs

In West Texas too and I'm a Conservative not a liberal. But I think they take it too far. Texas made prostitution a felony only in 2022 it's the only state that has it as a felony.

There was a bunch of us in there for the same thing from going to the same house because it was from a website. This one guy was going to law school and had a wife. Young professional looking guy with glasses. He went through the same thing as me except the med part. But it might make it where he can't even be a lawyer now.

the problem with services off websites are that some of the women are stolen and trafficked and idiots like you are making money for sex traffickers...who kidnap..rape..drug and keep them until they are used up and somtimes kill them...

Nothing new. People that work in jails are basically scocio and pyscho paths. They do not see the potential in people, nor care to understand how people got where they got.

What I want to know though where was this mans brother before he died? He obviously was not visiting him or checking on his well being himself knowing his brothers condition. Furthermore, the man had an intellecuatl disablity. How did he come to lose his public benefits?

Yes, the intellectually can lose their benefits for serious crimes, however with the intellectually disabled, it is not really fair since most can't grasp the seriousnous of what they have done. Usually, the court will appoint a guardian first. Violent intellectually disabled people usually end up in the care of the state hospitals. They are not allowed ot roam the streets on their own.

So, he must have been very borderline and perhaps even schizophrenic, to not qualify for other services that he ended up in jail where staff decided to end his life and the brother didn't care either until he saw $$$$.

You don’t know the whole story. Maybe they tried to help but couldn’t. Some people are beyond help and a danger to those around them. There is something called personal responsibility also.
