I knew a person like that, refused to eat any veggies, other than white potatoes ... by the time he was 35 his entire digestive system was blocked ...full of "pockets" (diverticulitis) and needed his bowels douched weekly for a year to clean them out - even after he started (swallowing) adding veggies to his diet ... or he would have died from the rotting krap in his 30lb colon

at the least, this guy should BAKE his own mac and cheese with organic ingredients ... as it is, he might as well eat the box too

That was a really good video OP. He has an eating and anxiety disorder that he is trying to overcome. Years of abuse and ptsd. We all have issues. This is his. And he is being proactive.

He went to a doctor who said he was healthy but wouldn’t be if he kept it up as he aged. He isn’t doing this by choice but from a mental disorder caused by an abusive dad.
