Cilantro, ginger, Irish moss and some other seaweeds are potent chelation agents. While doing chelation therapy, it’s important to be consuming a good, whole food diet and/or supplementing with vitamins you trust. It’s easy to become deficient in magnesium, sulfur, iodine, boron, calcium, zinc.. if you are effectively chelating heavy metals.
