However some shitheads like Amazon stopped selling it. This is true... for much of the pandemic NAC was unavailable on Amazon. However it is back now and has been since early last year if memory serves. I took it briefly when I had a 2-3 day "cold" last spring, and may have been part of the reason it was so brief and mild... not to mention the reason for the negative Covid test result, if it broke down the spike proteins. |

So if they try to take away NAC. Eat onions (until they try to take away onions.) Quoting: Anonymous Coward 83311881 if it's a sulfite then you probably should eat the onions raw. cooking onions removes some of the sulfites Agree. Raw/uncooked/unradiated/organic onion would be best. General question regarding onions raw . Would this apply to garlic too - raw as opposed to light cooking? |

There are those who physically cannot handle garlic while most do much better consuming it regularly. Note the growing popularity of Chinese and Italian restaurants even in the MidWest where bland food used to be the norm. |

Minor sources are eggs, whole-grain products such as breads and cereals, and some plants including broccoli, onions, and legumes. |

Bromelain causes the body to make substances that fight pain and swelling. Bromelain also contains chemicals that seem to interfere with tumor cells and slow blood clotting. Papaya is another good source of bromelain. |
