It's men who thought they were robbing a bank and eating yogurt. The idea is to get one's vision fixed to avoid that mistake. It's not encouraging the consumption of sperm. It means fix your eyes so you don't accidentally down a shot of sperm.

nah, it is because thai jails are overcrowded with africans, but you rarely see one on the street.

Interesting that for the past few months I've considered Thailand to be THE one country the farthest distance from the US that I'd like to reside in. Since they're the only Asian country that has decriminalized cannabis, and with that size a Buddhist majority, sounds definitely worth at least checking out.
