The only thing necessary to charge you with this crime is for someone else, who read something you wrote, to commit or plot a crime. This could be something as minor as a post on social media. would make it a federal hate crime conspiracy charge that only White people can be charged with." Individuals can be charged with a “White supremacy inspired hate crime,” for crimes or plots they had no actual knowledge of. Quoting: Happy in Nature On the same day that Jackson introduced HR 61, she also co-introduced HR 40, which calls for a federal commission on reparations for slavery. There is absolutely nothing in there that states or even infers that this "criminalizes criticism of a 'non-White person' by a White" You are right, it is even worse than that. Section 2 (a) In General.—A person engages in a white supremacy inspired hate crime when white supremacy ideology has motivated the planning, development, preparation, or perpetration of actions that constituted a crime or were undertaken in furtherance of activity that, if effectuated, would have constituted a crime. which means any person can be charged with white supremacy regardless of their color, just based on whether they are considered inspired by white supremacy ideology. Said ideology, can be any idea thought or religious or political view they deem white supremacy. And as we have seen during Trump's presidency, they love to call anything ''racist'' that doesn't 100% agree with them. She might as well call this the ''1984'' bill. |

Never mind, that's what's going to happen anyway, soon. It would've happened already but they couldn't find a convincing enough body double for SJL to replace her in public. The closest was a shaved female gorilla but she couldn't master Lee's Texan accent. Quoting: theRealTelaneric https://imgur.com/a/VNedxz3 |

This is actually good because Caucasians always use divide and conquer against the indigenous so that they don't have to take any pushback. So they'll pit "indigenous feminists" against indigenos males, all to forcibly increase interracial dating. This is genocide and even indigenous people should be charged and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law for participating. People like CigarTigher (actually a sock account--the woman is real but the poster is likely a caucasian larper) are mentally ill and are doing untold damage to innocent people with their lies and slander of indigenous males, especially online. This bill is PERFECT! |

Anonymous Coward User ID: 84181351 Ireland 01/16/2023 09:06 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Couldn't agree more. I'm kind of curious if it will include the Irish who immigrated to the United States? My family got off the boat and were indentured to the US government for 30 years because they had no money to pay for the boat trip. They were horse breeders so they bred and trained horses for the US Army. Do we get reparations too? I really have no problem with paying reparations, if all the people that have to pay, first receive reparations for all the slavery kidnapping and worse that was done by north African and middle eastern (oil) countries. If those get properly compensated, surely there should be more than enough money to pay the small fraction of reparations that the slave-trade to the USA was compared to the entirety of the problem. Especially if you take into account the centuries that it lasted and in some countries still persists under the same moon worshipping religion. |
