Animal fats are 100% the best, do not cook with olive oil it's best using as a salad dressing. Coconut oil lovely to cook with and is awesome for oil pulling (for your gum and teeth benefits, give it a google). I love a good steak cooked in a bit of butter and a tiny bit of coconut oil so the butter doesn't burn, little salt. Bloody delicious!

I watched a video years ago where a guy tested a range of cooking oils. He left them outside for 1 month. The canola oil and "vegetable oil" turned into a thick glue like consistency. The coconut oil remained the same consistency as when he put it out.

Who knows what that stuff does to your body?

I always look at ingredients lists. If it has canola oil or vegetable oil I won't touch it. I'll sometimes have sunflower oil, even although it's not that good for you.

The only oils I trust are animal fats and coconut oil.

Also I'm not young, but I've never worn glasses. I can shoot extremely accurate with open sights. Everyone I know that's my age wear glasses.

yes,,these are what I use..

I make my own salad dressings...olive oil or a mix with avocado oil..
just try to find a bottle of dressing in the one-acre aisle of dressings without these toxic oils in them!!

I use butter in place of any oils. I love the flavor. It's not going to hurt me this stage of life.

I think we should glorify in the gift of food and being human creatures, we actually can enjoy it. It is such a great gift from God. Anyhow, very happy to see that many here are in the know. The TV chef cooks are just feeding the lie. Any good cook or chef knows better.

Real organic butter is healthy. In the 1970s they lied/convinced everyone that butter was unhealthy and we should all eat margarine instead. Margarine is made from plastics and other chemicals.

Lard and butter is best for sure.
