If not, I think Google Sheets is a free spreadsheet. I think Apple has a version as well. Other options that I have heard of are YNAB (You Need A Budget), Mint, and Dave Ramsey used to have something on his website. There are a ton of personal finance apps for your phone or tablet, but I wouldn't trust those since apps can be so buggy. And last but not least, a good old fashioned notebook and pen has never let me down. You can also find free printable budgets and income & expense sheets on the internet.
