All the independents caucus with Democrats and Sienna has already said she intends to caucus with Democrats. Republicans barely control the House. Live in your pipe dream but it’s plain wrong Quoting: Anonymous Coward 76509910 Krysten Sinema left the democrat party. She is no longer a democrat. Just because she will caucus with them dosen't change the fact that she is NOT a democrat. |

They don't vote Dem 100% of the time like the rest of them, but they do on everything that matters. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 84314477 If the Independant's are Democrats then why did Krysten Sinema say she LEFT THE DEMOCRAT PARTY? If a candidate runs as an Independant for president, are you saying they are actually still a democrat? Or still a republican? So, there is no such thing as Independant then? |

Anonymous Coward User ID: 85211447 United States 02/05/2023 11:23 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | The republicans have 49 Senate seats. Quoting: 4doggies There are 3 Independants. So, that means 48 are Democrats. This totals 100 seats. Why is Chuck Schumer still majority leader if he is in the minority? I understand the I's will likely vote with the dems, but that dosen't make them democrats. There are Rino's in the republican party who vote with the dems too, but that dosent make them democrats either. What am I missing? Because those three independents caucus with Democrats and they voted for Schumer to be re-elected as Senate Leader, dumbshit. |
