From my pleb perspective - so far, it looks like this ball invitation was a rounding up for an ambush probably continuing at the corner club and as last publicly seen and heard at the grub truck on the twitch video.

At Pi Beta Phi DM was Maddie’s “little”. Maddie was DM’s “big”. It’s a Greek life thing with sororities. It’s of a system with tons of attached significance, etc.

There are photos of DM taking KG as her +1 to the Pi Beta Phi 11/11/22 formal - probably the first ever of that sort of thing there.

KG went back to Moscow that weekend to show MM her new car and attend the formal as DM’s +1. KG could not have attended the ball without an invitation from a Pi Beta Phi as a +1. DM invited KG to the ball.

November was “gay pride” month and Pi Beta Phi amended their rules to allow same sex +1’s to attend their functions. Maybe more. I didn’t have the patience to read all 85 pages of their rules available for public viewing.

The Betty Ball was 11/12/22 in the afternoon at a brewery and was put on by Ethan’s sister’s sorority. The triplets went together. Hunter’s guest was his sister’s roommate.

After the Betty ball Ethan met up with Xana and they went to the Sigma Chi party.

If they take it to grand jury trial they will have to convince 12 or more jurors he did this and if they say no, game over, no bill will be issued and he gets released from jail immediatly and all charges dismissed.

This person in the article is incorrect in a way, the defense may not be present but any evidence that bk lawyer has given the prosecutor that proves anything on the probable cause affidavit was incorrect also gets submitted to the grand jury trial. I'll also note they will see the probable cause was submitted to the court by the prosecutor and denied multiple times before getting approved by the judge, and the dna was asked by prosecutor to not be used as probable cause because the judge already denied it. So the probable cause that leaves is not much as the only thing they have that they say connects him is dna that was not approved by the court.

You're welcome...the probable cause is very weak that was presented to the court. Imo the judge should not of approved it as it could of been anyone. The only thing they say they have, the sheath, is not even probable cause unless they can prove the sheath is what killed these people. There is a big problem with the dna obtained that we are not being told, but a judge denied it as proable cause, and that means it's useless. All the grand jury would be for is trying to convince 12 people there is probable cause, imo that will never happen based on the probable cause affidavit. No matter what even if it moves through a grand jury trial for adequate probable cause.. dm will have to take the stand, she is the witness to identify the eyebrows, and everyone has the right to face their accuser...no getting around it, unless she recants her statement. The defense will pull up everything on her and her own actions of not calling 911 at all will discredit her...so any statements she makes on the stand will be sticker from the record and the jury at the criminal trial would not be able to use it.. so you take away the witness, and the court already took away the dna and you're left with nothing to prosecute.

I had glossed over the rumors about her gender because I am biased towards a live and let live attitude. Although I hate what is going on in the world with things like drag queen events for children, etc., I have nothing but compassion for the nightmare it must for people who feel trapped in the wrong gender’s body and it’s really no one else’s business how they choose to identify so long as they leave the rest of us out of it and don’t recruit minors, imo. That said, getting to the truth so there can be real justice in this case is my #1 priority.

I have read that MM’s last video shows DM crying in it but the video was removed before I had a chance to see it. That video is probably important evidence not only for it’s timing but for perhaps shedding light on more than the mystery behind how a non sorority member, (if DM isn’t pledged), could be allowed to the formal much less to invite the probably first same sex +1 ever who would probably be alive had she not accepted that invitation. I do not think MM would record such a video for no reason. She was smart and had been told something that may have directly led to her being murdered.

What if her father’s message to DM about now being there for her and protective of her no matter what had something to do with his previous rejection for her “choices” instead of a more generic message of support?

Anyway, aside from speculations, in this case it is important to clear up and get to the gender truth as it could be profoundly important in regards to not only motive but things like ability to trick and then blackmail people who didn’t understand they could be being used.

A simple DNA test would immediately tell the tale. If she was born a woman why would the prosecution not release the result to the public immediately? Wouldn’t it relieve some of DM’s torment? Haven’t they placed her in protective custody? Does this protection not include her mind?

Inan Harsh put in his order at the Grub truck video that night. He was with a very short darker complected man who did not speak English. The man he was with was wearing a yellow puffy jacket. The real time was 11:52:57 if the Grub truck clock was accurate.

On review of the following video Inan Harsh says he got off work late, @ around 12:00 am, after a long shift, and BSed around with a coworker for a while after work and then got home @ around 1:30 or 2:00 am.

Inan has said that he works as a chef in Pullman. I don’t know if the hit and run accident that night slowed down traffic for him but even if it didn’t he couldn’t be both in Pullman and at the Grub Truck in Moscow at midnight.

Also, the food he cooks looks way better than the food served, out in the cold, at the GrubTruck. Why would he work with better food for 12 hours only to wait to eat, and suffer the elements sitting on a frozen bench once back in Moscow, for slop served out of a cardboard container with a plastic spoon?

Didn’t seem to be for the company. Hardly anyone was there at the time and he and his companion didn’t appear to be talking together alone with each other at their bench. Just eating, heads down, watching their phones.

Harsh had put up a status on Facebook on November 16 that read, "4 killed in stabbing across street. No screams,no evidence, no trace. So like, professional killers? But why, on 3 soroiy girls? S**t doesnt make sense."

Also he said he saw a black luxury suv at 1:30am a few parking spots away from house.

Then 4 weeks after the murder he started doing interviews saying he might of heard a scream, wonder how much he got paid, he did the interviews before telling the police and did he ever tell the police. Why would you do an interview for tv before telling the police?

His story doesn't add up, and he is right there and getting home the same time all 4 murdered got home.

I've seen the video where the guy is saying he thinks harsh is a witness, what an idiot, the court documents clearly have the witnesses stated and he isn't one listed.

I believe the time as shown on the grub truck video is an hour off.

How would that work if k and m where there and then got a ride that was verified from there to go home and arrived at home at 1:56, the time would be accurate according to the neighbors ring cam that k sister said she used to verify them returning home at 1:56
