I simply no longer eat sausage anymore. It's no great loss. My smoothie packed full of all kinds of goodness I make in the morning kicks standard breakfast fare's ass, and my body LOVES them.... I don't eat pork, but I wouldn't eat this crap either. It contains canola oil, yeast extract (msg) and caramel coloring just to name a few of the harmful ingredients listed. I've yet to see a meat substitute that doesn't contain msg. |
