It's patently absurd to equate this kind of disorder with Diabetes or any OTHER physical anomaly since it is NOT a DISEASE per se, but rather a malfunction within the Brain itself hence the classification as a neurological disorder.

Where do you think the word "Neuron" [and prefix "neuro-"] comes from?
