Im tryin to learn myself ....long story short, i have heard Dan Winter and others mention its all about making alpha waves then practice dying/separating your soul from this shell(body)....lucid dreaming/oobe/astral projection/remote viewing ect ect.

Then I was at the Denver history museum and in the body exhibit they had a alpha wave tester.
You sat down with a partner with a band around your head, across from each other and try to move a ball with alpha wave creation and think of nice places, things, or meditate to calm yourself.....we could barely move it, could barely make alpha waves.
That made me think at least i need to start trying and look more into this, ive known for a long time, just have not moved forward, but its time now.

Only thing I know of for now is a device Dan Winter sells, when I can afford gonna grab it.
Basically a heart monitor they have upgraded to help you make alpha waves.
