It would be nice if more things were closed so people can have time off and the workers don’t have to work shitty hours to cater to everybody’s needs. Sunday used to be a day of rest. But there is no rest. If the demand is there then people have to work simply because it’s too hard for somebody to say go shopping beforehand for thanksgiving and Christmas. Some of them like it but most think time and a half or whatever is shit and not worth it Get a better job. Who are you to say things should be closed for others at a particular time?? I loved night shift when I worked it. 11pm to 7am. It was hard to adjust to it at first but I picked it because it worked for me and mine. I also chose to work holidays when I was younger and without kids. It didn't matter at that time to me. I worked it for the extra pay and also so that those with kids wouldn't have to. It was a big deal to them. Should hospitals close? You should rethink your stance. Big difference between hospitals and restaurants dumb fuck. Hospitals closing could mean death for a lot of people. Nobody's going to die because a stupid restaurant is closed. Geez your stupid! You live up to the sad in your username. Get a better job. |
