Theres nothing wrong with prepping, especially not if you believe we'll hang around for another 100+ years and have children, i think that is GOOD if you can aford it. Prepping is a very common sense take on the world.

But I dont see that we'll be here for another 100 years, i think 10 years is a stretch. Thats where you get into what bible prophecy says.

Having food for emergencies is still good though because we dont know how bad things will get before the rapture, we christians live all over the planet, there can be storms, poweroutages, national emergecies, wars etc where you live before the rapture, several pastors i listen to actually recomend having SOME, like a few weeks worth and some extra gasoline for your vehicle. I also bulk up on soaps, papertowels, candles, lightbulbs etc so i dont have to buy it that often when i find it cheap.

Things like generators or solar, axe and knife plus tools and a sewing kit, first aid kit, guns if you can, alternative heating be that a portable gas stove or wood stove with firewood etc is also good to have, and some waterfilters dont cost much and last almost forever, these are things most (i think) have and keep around anyway. Most of this used to be standard things almost everyone had at home atleast a few decades ago.

But while this is all good to have and i think its good everyone that can aford it has this at home for the sake of the whole country doing better if something are to happen, God is our provider and protector, there is promises in the bible that we never need to starve.
