Christianity is a simple off shoot of Catholicism which was created to combine the major religions around when Constantine ruled Rome. A hybrid system of many religions for ultimate government control.

Modern Day protestanism was taking Catholicism and tweaking it mostly led by Martin Luther. And Martin Luther didn't even think the book of Revelations should be in the Bible.

I see the last chapter of Constantine's Bible as a script for some kind of alien harvest.

It reminds me of the old joke/adage of a guy stuck on his roof in a flood.
Another guy comes by on a rowboat and tells him to hop in to safety, but the guy on the roof says "There's no need, God will save me"

It was nothing like the church you see now. There was nothing like a pastor that completely comes from Catholicism. They had a group of elders.

There's not really much at all in the modern church that stems from the churches they were referring to in Acts.

As far as I'm concerned Christ was a hippie who was completely anti religion telling everybody to forge their own narrow path.

I mean Christianity is based on the concept of asking Jesus into your heart to get into heaven something Christ never said ....he said we make heaven on Earth, and asking Jesus into your heart is not biblical anywhere even Paul doesn't describe it that way. Romans 8 says that Christ writes the law in your heart so you don't have to follow the laws of religion anymore. You basically ask for his help and he gives you your own personal morality and vindication about things.

I would also point out Proverbs 27:12.
