Truck driver here. Eating at McDonalds cost around 20 bucks a meal. To get full. I can eat at a sit down steak house. Ribeye steak potatoes and with salad bar for 16 bucks. Well no shake but better food. lol

Safeway/WalMart take your pick --- 1 pound grass-fed organic beef, less than 6 dollars (today, not sure about next week). That's for 3 one-third pound patties. OK then about $6 (a little less at Wally's) for a wonderful 16-ounce tray (plastic container) of mixed organic greens - kale, spinach, lettuces, etc.). Pick up some banas, blue- and blackberries, a tomato or two, onion/sprouts/whatever turns you on here, a loaf of organic bread is one option, or burger buns (harder to find organic buns). make it a couple pounds of beef and you've got lunch for at least three days for approximately ten bucks/day. A little more if you go heavier than this on the produce, which you should.

You'll live longer, have less medical expenses, and suport those who are doing their part to cater to your better self.

I stopped by one a few weeks ago to get some items, I seen they had a double steak burrito for $6.79 without tax which would be over $7 with tax.

I laughed out loud and walked out!

There is no logic in that when it's only one item and you can get a whole hot n ready pizza for less!
