Anger before the point of violence is good, we are supposed to experience all of our emotions at the right time. the line is not when someone gets irritated, it is when someone attacks another or hurts them through violence. The idea that anger itself is a problem is alien to me and something I have not seen throughout my life until recently, and it is always the lowest functioning people that it comes from. I believe it is because they don't want to, or are incapable of processing complex thought.

Unchecked anger which leads to violence is a problem. Anger and irritation corralled within the borders of rationality and discipline is the strongest and most valuable emotional state for getting things done. That is why people were led to believe the anger bullshit; it is a required belief for Command Psychology to succeed when used against them. I have made my best choices when angry and sick of some situations bullshit. It galvanizes people to either overload or overcome. Whichever they choose is supposed to determine the consequences, not the mere act of getting angry itself.

Every single person who I have met that tried to justify anger itself being inherently the problem were either consciously, or subconsciously trying to make me be the best victim I could be. They are linked because it is easy to be deceived when you believe completely natural parts of your body or personality are actually faults they must guide you on how to fix.
