You just need to make them walk in an enclosed area and eventually you can make them walk in circles

I think Fly Boy might be right. There used to be vids of wild deer cicling in the woods on you tube. Censored now. Also one day in the fall of 2019, in central florida l saw more than a dozen solo deer twirling by the side of rural highways. A few were dead too from vahicle interaction. Something perhaps more mysterious than listeria here.
