Teach them everything about maintaining the country and our laws and our constitution and etc. Make sure they understand blind justice, fairness, and the inalienable rights of human beings. Keep them sheltered from all other concerns and let them run the country. When the current batch of 12 or whatever start to burn out, have new ones ready to take their place. In some respects I see them as a council that functions as benevolent dictators. Literally administrators of our laws and constitution and mores. There is no need for politics.
