If anyone is short on time to listen to the entire interview (which is worth watching in whole,) at least listen around the 53:00-59:00 mark where they discuss this type of weaponry being used to influence social, behavioral, and political attitudes among the masses (mind control over individuals and over entire populations.) I remember the naval yard shooter and how he claimed that he was being targeted by energy weaponry. All it takes is using these frequencies on a targeted individual to turn them into an "active shooter," and then using these events to socially engineer greater gun control restrictions and "shape NWO agendas." The key, according to Duncan, is to break down an individual's ego by attacking the brain with frequencies in order to reprogram them. Horrific technology being randomly used on people in order to obtain a mass collective of brain wave patterns to form an AI system that will be used and has already been used to control entire populations.
