It used to last about 6 months each which was a little more tolerable. But then that fucking George bush turned it back about 6 or 7 weeks.
Like the sheep they are…Canada and the rest of the world followed the USA.
We had standard time for hundreds of years with no problems but we listen to some crackpot and says everything will be way better for the world.

Really...I wonder how much in our world could be fixed by not messing with our internal clocks every year.

Arizona stepped out of dark ages a while ago

we would all benefit from more natural sunlight

more natural dark at night,

more fresh air


and more grounding.

Germans have a thing called Tautreten, literally dew stepping.

walking barefoot in the dew is supposed to align us with the currents in the earth, whether electrical or other, I don't know.

Grounding s VERY beneficial...especially on wet earth/grass.

And yes, we are definitely supposed to ebb and flow with the natural light...this time of year we should use less light in our homes when the sun goes down. It will, apparently, keep us healthier.

what if I am in non-Arizona and do not exist?

I always change it midday Saturday for the time change, since I don’t work on the weekends.
Makes me happy to go to bed earlier then normal, if I’m already tired, helps me accumulate to it by the end of Sunday.
