I think I'm losing my memory due to the google effect or early alzheimers. Whatever it is it's like words and their definitions are becoming disconnected such that I can't remember what word to use even though I know what I want to say (and what I want to say is not incoherent or irrational).

When speaking it's like when something is on the tip of your tongue but you can't remember it but instead of it being some trivial thing that you're trying to remember because it's from a long time ago or it's something you've only saw a few times in your life, it's instead my vocabulary itself.
