My granddaughter walked in while her mom was watching the movie Scream when she was around four. It scared her to death. She said she had trouble sleeping after that alone. She is now a teenager and said the mask or any scary movie with the monster or ghost having a gaping mouth freaks her out and she can't watch it. At the time she didn't realize it was a mask. She likes some scary movies but the gaping mouth freaks her out. I can only imagine if seeing some of the movie did that how traumatized being intentionally, scared by the mask would affect a child. That was cruel and she deserves some kind of charges. |
