Be it the girls attracting serial killers as partners, the boys becoming serial killers, both genders finding themselves at the other end of a gun barrel, a mass shooting etc. etc.

She has condemned them to a life sentence, from which they will not be able to escape. Once you know how the mind works, you will know what negative things you are experiencing now stem from traumatic events in your childhood!!! This is criminal and she needs jailtime or worse!

The entire staff at that daycare should be fired except the worker that exposed their ongoing shenanigans.

To me it all boils down to their ignorance of children's human growth and development and lack of empathy for the children (probably never had any children of their own). These uneducated workers (fools) care for others children every day and it can be very trying on one's patience. They forget that these are children and think of caring for them as a chore and probably only staying with it for the paycheck. Very very few people in this world have enough patience for this kind of work.

I have noticed in the 1980s and 90s was the heyday of institutional daycare in the United States but in the 21rst century with those who were cared for in these institutional daycare situations themselves are now adults that they now avoid putting their children in these programs like the plague, and attendance in these centers has been declining. This has created a situation where these centers have to pay very low wages to keep the price of daycare low enough to attract customers, therefore they hire immature, unskilled, and uneducated staff to run them.

As to quandary why anyone would do this? First off I think a bit of peer pressures played a role in it, and it appears that CeeCee was getting encouragement from her peers that signaled to unqualified and 'ignorant' CeeCee that her stunt was 'ok' and with those pats on the back and 'that a girl' encouragements she continued with it wanting to gain their approval.

These idiots never stopped to ask themselves the all important question, the "do unto to others as you would have them do unto you", or if this were their children would they be ok with it? So lack of thoughtfulness and empathy surely played a major role.

Lastly and less likely, but possibly what can play a role in something like this happening in a day care setting, is I have heard of some deranged individuals who prey on children (and we discuss these types a lot on GLP) who get some type of sadistic pleasure out of torturing children and even go so far as to abduct, rape, and murder children. They think seeing a child's tears of terror is "cute" and "amusing". While such individuals are rare, daycare centers and any where children can be made accessible to them can be like magnets for attracting deranged child abusers. This is why parents can not trust programs for children and placing the care of their children in the hands of strangers.

I could make it to just under a minute of her talking. My impression: "That right there is a child, meaning a stupid young teenager. A young teenager who has no capability to deal with either small kids Or the adult world". She comes across to me as extremely immature and not intelligent in any way.
