some teenager who i have never seen before was walking around the neighborhood with his pit bull, no leash.
i have many cats around and i had to yell at this fucker to get his dog and put it on a damn leash if he wanted to walk it.
i threatened to shoot it next time it came in my yard.
later on the same day he came back walking by the house with his unleashed dog.
i ran to get my gun but he was already gone.
i watch for his stupid ass...

How many people have chihuahuas killed?

My cat could probably kill a chihuahua (never has).

I believe some of the blame are the people, but they get a reputation for a reason. better to just breed them out of existence.

Thanks, but I have no intention of it ever being luck. She has only spent time with other dogs her size or bigger that can handle playing with her. NO kids... EVER. Even if she loved them and played with them... kids are not allowed near her. They ask, but we tell them no. She is kept on a very short leash if anyone is in sight. Alone we give her some room to walk around. She gets dog park time when it is empty. She has no unsupervised time outside ever.

We take the responsibility of her breed seriously. We aren't lazy or presumptive about what we have. She's a gun. A gun that actually will shoot you all on its own.

It isn't just pits. I've personally had far worse and far more experiences with German Shepards..those are some sketch dogs.

Blue healers? Dang let's not go there.

Labs...those ones are 50/50 on temperament but if you've ever been around a mean one they can rival the Germans.

Yorkie? Lmao I know more people afraid of Yorkies like they are snakes..and for good reason as plenty of times they've been cataloged taking down dogs 10 times their size like a lab. I've seen it. They aren't called ankle biters for no reason.

I dont know what happens in alot of these cases. However I do believe that much of it has to do with how they are handled or not handled. As in..its the people more often than not. Perhaps we should ban people? I wonder if dogs ever have those thoughts. Lol

Let me guess, just like previous cases, they had the dogs tied to a tree there while lives. While watching little kids running around playing, poking at them, throwing things at them. I would have done the same thing. Stupid owners not dog.

Pitbulls are used to be danger dogs is the problem...so hense more incidences with the breed...bad owners.

I know plenty of pittys and they are the best dogs...and great family dogs...

but the breeders were responsible and the owners didnt get them to be mean...and treated them properly...

kids move fast and funny and scream and alot of breeds and dogs will leave the company of small children...

children also hit dogs with toys and pinch and squish an alot of other stuff...

I sell shepherds and wont sell to people with toddlers. I tell them to get a small dog first and to teach their toddlers how to behave with an animal...any animal.

As a runner I can confirm that German Shepard's are bad. I used to run with my English Pointer/English Setter mix (great dogs). I also had trouble with Chows and Rottweilers.

Not to say other dogs wouldn't come up and bother us, even small dogs, but not like those 3, thankfully we didn't have as many pits when I was running in neighborhoods and started running in other areas, because of the dog issues. It got so bad it just wasn't worth it.

I thinks pit bulls are less dangerous than humans and also more trustworthy.

Statistics: 65% of fatal dog attacks are pitbulls. 2nd place goes to rottweilers at a distant 10%.

Just a reminder that these humane societies are actually massive grifters. They are openly admitting to selling dogs that we’re bred to fight to the death, and are asking the public for financial help. For some reason behavioral traits exist for every dog breed except pitbulls. They need to die out, an abomination created by humans.
