Yes an eye for an eye... I think pedos should be given the death penalty I also think if you rape or take someone's life in the act of a crime should get the deaths penalty.

had a guy come to our school and share his story of being wrongfully convicted of murder and spending years on death row only to be found innocent with DNA evidence and it was very compelling death sentence doesnt work we have a horrible justice system we are killing innocent ppl all the time.

Only for Politicians and legal people, like judges and lawyer who break the law or allow the law to be broken under their watch.

Those people do not deserve a second chance for what they did.

It's not like it's hard or takes any strength. most people want to see blood for blood ,eye for an eye. That's the most primal part of humans.

That takes more strength and wisdom than most people on the planet have. Very hard to truly be that way.

The main problem in death penalty, was innocence or guilt.

For past few decades at least the usa gov could take a persons memories from them. They can go back and see from that persons memories, guilty or innocence with respect to the crime they were involved in, or they were not involved in it.

Death penalty cases should be able to be proven in usa, within 6 months with these techs.

Anyone on death row should have these techs used on them, and these techs prove beyond any doubt if guilty or innocence, with regard to the supposed crime.

If guilty, and the crime warrants it, i am for death penalty, as like i said it is today provable beyond doubt, and fairly quickly.

Death row cases should not be like 10 years or so. It should be sorted out in 6 months.

Death row cases should have these techs used on people to find out absolutely if guilty or innocent, within 6 months.

After a guilty charge for what ever, and being put on death row, those people should have these techs used on them, to prove if the verdict is deserved or not, ir guilty or innocence.

I wrote about this in obama years, and vile person biden pushed these techs to finally be used to analyse death row people.

The people who are guilty and proven to be guilty deserve death in cases where the crime is so horrendous, a person doing these crimes, does deserve death.

I know about these techs, as i have lived with mind control ruining my life for 30 years.

I don't really support a legal death penalty. My mind wants me to though. Especially, if it's something that really pisses me off like a child murderer or rapist. I want to see them dead. It makes my blood boil. But, I know it won't change anything or stop anything. I know it will just make things worse overall in the grand scheme.

Then you think about the dad. The dad of a little girl that was murdered. It's hard not to empathize with a dad wanting to kill him. It's hard not to sympathize with it. It's hard to even want to criticize it.

I just don't 'support' it. Honestly, I am becoming borderline-pacifist in my age. I don't expect everyone to be like me, and I'm not gonna make a big deal about it in any public square or anything. Everyone's gotta make their own way.

If a jury of their peers sees them as a danger to the public, then just put them down.

Simple, quick and low cost to the tax players.

Prison does not do much really and all they do in there is make better criminal connections for when or if they get out.

I think in these last few years we can see what can happen when there is no resistance to corruption in leadership position and how that can effect MULTITUDES of peoples' lives in such horrible ways. Do we just sit here and forgive them while they put their hands over our face to smother us? We should have a means to defend ourselves. There are some horrible 1 on 1 crimes out there, but what these people are doing is something else entirely.

True enough, but it's always been that way. Power flips on a dime too. At any moment you can be the target of said death penalty. We were drowning women in barrels and burning them at the stake not long ago. Stoning people to death for various minor offenses.

Look at the kind of radical people on the liberal left right now. It wouldn't take much to convince them to start slaughtering anyone who doesn't align with them. They'd happily put them in trials and hang them just for believing something different or just for the words they speak.

Here is what I think.. the victims or the family of the victims should be allowed to kill the criminal in question. No other hands should administer death.

It's usually a jury of your peers who decide or should.

Those that blatantly kill someone with no remorse that were caught on camera... many store security cameras have captured perps killing clerks and walking out or rummaging thru trying to find something of value. These people should be shot on site after review of film!

Eye witness does not count. People are unreliable and corrupt. These cases should go thru the court system.

Whether you like it or not, video surveillance is beneficial in public areas. Privacy does not exist in public display. If you want privacy, close the door behind you in your own dwelling!!!
