I’m resonating with OP.
I avoid packaged, processed “food”.
I work on an organic orchard and produce farm and eat tons of fresh, raw food and also enjoy (and require) some meat regularly.
But also; I ate watermelons, almost exclusively, for about two weeks this year and right now I drink coffee in the morning, apples all day and one meal in the evening. Smoke weed all day.
I like doing various types of seasonal fasting.
But also pulled pork bbq on a potato roll.

I know what feels amazing, medium, and horrible.

Food is weaponized. Natural flavors are horrendous for health. Processed dairy/meats are also horrendous.

There is only one form of anarchist in the world and that is the one that understands that all forms of government and authority are SLAVERY. The only true anarchist understands that the only solution is proper moral behavior under Natural Law and the education of it to others.

Anyone who dares to try to stop people from living within these Natural Rights is making a direct claim of ownership upon others, which is the very definition of Slavery. Those who do this, or condone this, are TYRANTS, and should be treated as such.
