Some vegans are strong as fuck. Body builders. Many vegans don't do it 'right'. I'm not advocating necessarily veganism though I do gravitate towards it considering the mass torture of the commercialized animal industries. Numerous body builders are out there that are 100% plant based. They eat tons of quality protein, are ripped, and have high vitality. Gorillas eat plants (and insects inconsequentially). One of the most ripped animals on earth.

Some of the smartest thinkers of our time spoke about the advantages of vegetarian/vegan diets for MENTAL PERFORMANCE.

And experientially, having done several fasts, it's amazing what the body/mind/spirit is capable of when you LIGHTEN UP.

What you're saying is objectively false. At other chapters of my life, I engaged in a form of diet where I was eating largely live foods (sprouts, fresh picked, etc). It was during this time that I felt more energized, more intelligent/creative, more VITAL. I slept less, had the most vivid dreams, and was close to levitating.

I say close to levitating as a joke but It's also real.

Where is a vegan who started training as a vegan and actually made significant muscle mass gains? All I see are videos of people who were already ripped and had muscle mass who convert to vegan and can hardly keep up their size, and these are people who 24/7 live the fitness life and measure everything and have trainers and cooks who facilitate this.

Education is crucial.... Change is not for the faint of heart, especially when you bucking societal norms, i.e. programming.

This topic is absolutely contentious, but that doesn't mean it should not take place in civil discussions.

My personal observations are that meat eaters are vicious hateful uncompassionate and incapable of having an open dialogue with non-medeaters. But hopefully this will turn around soon because in our near future however that comes about there will be no more slaughter of innocent animals for eating. People will accuse me of promoting the New world order agenda and that is absolutely false. What I do promote is education. Learn what your body really needs to thrive. What it needs and doesn't need. Some of us do not need to eat animals at all. Where it seems others physically do need animal protein. With that said the ones who do need animal protein definitely do not need it in the quantities that we see happening today all over the world. A little bit of meat chicken fish once a week is all your body needs. No one needs to eat meat three times a day seven times a week and definitely nobody needs McDonald's or wings or Burger King. I wish people would have the integrity to actually think about this before they fly off the handle with their hateful comments about those who are compassionate to the slaughter of innocent animals all over the world

And in cold climates, sustaining through hunting has been practiced for a very long time. When an animal is hunted properly, it dies instantly. It is then used to feed a family for many months. The animal wasn't tortured and the human had to WORK for it, as in Nature.

All meat eaters should murder an animal that they regularly consume. All meat eaters should be forced to witness the mass torture occurring in the factories from which they are sustaining themselves.

One once said that you can gauge a societies level of morality by the way they treat their animals. Our society get an F- and if anyone disagrees you simply do not know or are willfully ignorant or worse.
