imagine if you were a Russian conscript sitting around in the field by the side of the road with the other conscripts, watching Russia state tv channel 1 trying to get some good news. then this sadsack Solovyov comes on and says there is not gonna be any good news any time soon... morale crushed! how do they expect them 300,000 conscripts to fight under such conditions?

What do they need good news 'soon' for?

Better to properly train the new recruits, and then let them have their impact on the battlefield when they are ready, no?

Wait, I thought the globalists who are pushing for Ukraine were telling us all about how the Russian soldiers weren't getting an hour of training but they were taking him straight from their civilian jobs and throwing them straight onto the battlefield.

Make up your mind which version of propaganda you're going to push. because this riplashing between giving them long periods of training and giving them no training is quite annoying.

The official Russian propaganda on Russia-1 tv channel says they will need a lot of time for training. However the Ukrainian army isn't gonna sit around waiting for them to get trained. They are pushing forward. Ukrainian army might capture Kherson soon. That would mean another 30,000 Russian troops killed or captured. That will leave the Russian invasion pretty much lost. Russia needs troops reinforcements now. Which means the 300,000 conscripts could well be sent in with hardly any training. They would be cannon fodder and get slaughtered.

Supposedly these men called up are former conscripts.

If so they've already got 1 year of service.

I'd think they could be whipped into a rudimentary fighting force with about a month of high quality training.

But that high quality training can't just be created on the spot. There should be infrastructure and planned training regimen.

They don't seem to be getting anything done. It's as if there's no plan.

And this is really where wars are won and lost. Planning and logistics are everything. Everything!

A good army command spends it's peace time planning. It plans this and that and anything imaginable. There's so much involved when you're talking about moving and training men, moving equipment, and doing all this in a hot theater.

All your combat capabilities can truly be second rate if you can consistently get what capability you have where you need it when you need it and can sustain it. At least this second rate fighting force can fight.

You can have the best equipment on Earth with the best trained soldiers ever, but if you can't put them where you need them when and can't sustain them then you've already lost.

And this seems to be Russia's problem. They can't execute because they don't know how because they haven't spent their peace time years planning the operation of war.

Poor Solovyov, hasn't been able to get it up for a week now.

Russia must conscript about a million men per year. So what is up with this partial mobilization? Seems like they can't handle a sudden conscription of 300,000 people. They don't have anywhere to put them so they just dump them in the fields with no shelter or food, tell them to make campfires if they don't want to freeze. Shouldn't they have multiple army barracks all over the country that the conscripts could go to? Shouldn't there be thousands of trucks to move them around and supply them with food?

I was reading how in Soviet times they maintained all the bases to mass train in case if an emergency mobilization. The infrastructure to do this is massive and requires all the officers and structure just sitting around waiting just in=n case. Well Russia let it all go to shit. The other day they couldn’t figure out what happened to over 1 million uniforms they were suppose to have.

Im thinking Russia is playing this out,all about timing...

Keep touting your lies, Russian casualties are way higher thanUkrainian. It is Ukraine that is using combined arms effectively not Russia. Ukraine is using a huge intel advantage along with mobility to make Russia look silly. By the time the Russians try to react the Ukrainians are already at different coordinates.

Look at Wagner in Bakmut, their tactics suck and they already burnt through all the prisoner meat they recruited. Russia can only win by brute force, indiscriminate shelling and total destruction. They may win eventually but it will never be a true victory once the cost is factored in.

The conscripts are not battle ready as of yet.

But they will be by spring.

In spring you will be a marked dynamic shift in this war.

Russia will hold her majors territorial gains this winter.

Spring is when the real war begins.

Look to spring equinox week 2023.

To win this war requires the long game.
