NEWSOM SIGNS BILL ALLOWING DOCTORS IN CALIFORNIA TO FACE DISCIPLINE FOR ‘MISINFORMATION’

I live in Commiefornia, and all of our elected officials have been placed into spots, not elected. We know this because of how much vote tampering went on. In 2020, all election records for voting were smashed across the state. I live in Orange County CA., and our previous record for voting was at 64%....from like the 1980's........In the 2020 election, if you go to OC vote.com, It show that of registered voters in this county of 4 million, 87% of them voted....Impossible, never happened, total cheating and rigging of our system.....

California Gov. Gavin Newsom signed a bill into law on Sept. 30 that allows the state medical board to discipline physicians for “misinformation” or “disinformation” related to COVID-19.

According to the law, misinformation means “false information that is contradicted by contemporary scientific consensus contrary to the standard of care,” while disinformation is “misinformation that the licensee deliberately disseminated with malicious intent or an intent to mislead.”

Newsom gave his reasoning for signing the bill, AB 2098, which was introduced by Democratic Assemblyman Evan Low (D-Campbell).

“I am signing this bill because it is narrowly tailored to apply only to those egregious instances in which a licensee is acting with malicious intent or clearly deviating from the required standard of care while interacting directly with a patient under their care,” Newsom wrote in his signing message.

Newsom said the law only applies to physicians’ speech with patients during discussions directly related to COVID-19 treatment.

“I am concerned about the chilling effect other potential laws may have on physicians and surgeons who need to be able to effectively talk to their patients about the risks and benefits of treatments for a disease that appeared in just the last few years,” he wrote. “However, I am confident that discussing emerging ideas or treatments including the subsequent risks and benefits does not constitute misinformation or disinformation under this bill’s criteria.”

Check and mate . The moment that bill passes everyone needs to go get their doctors on record spreading state sponsored misinformation. When it goes to court the doctor will be force to use science to prove they were right . Accept they won’t be and the science will prove them liars . Hence the state is responsible for the misinformation

I would have to think this will be challenged in court.

They will "own the science," even if they have to prevent the science in order to "own" it.

This works both ways.

Now it is time to go after those that lied about 'safe and effective'.

Use their own laws against them.
