This floods money into the debt market. You can watch the 10 year yield and 2 year to see what is going to happen in the market. The fact that they have been so volatile lately shows there is a very inherent problem in the market. The question really is how long can they prop it up? Im not sure 10/7 is the date but i agree there will be a financial meltdown. I think they are trying to prop it up until after the elections. |
