Have a friend I work with he can't breath. Had covid weeks back. One day fine the next back to short breaths no energy. like not enough oxygen. Right in the throat he says. Icu employee in family.
Im worried about getting it. Or a collapse during hard physical labor in a dangerous atmosphere.

What helped your lungs? I have a million speculative answers but want to hear from experience.

I had it once. Lasted about a week and knocked me on my ass (and I’m not one to get sick - EVER). That said, I have been exposed to it more than once since, and have not gotten it again. I suspect I am now mostly immune. Will continue to dose vitamin D, C, zinc and elderberry though just to be safe.

I read a formal research paper earlier this week that explains that it has been discovered that HCQ, azythromycin and erythromycin block one of the biochemical pathways that Covid uses to enter cells and infect them. This is an effect that was unanticipated and entirely coincidental to these medication's antibiotic properties, because bacteria do not enter cells, they just reproduce by simple division in the tissues and systems they infect. This or something very similar is probably also the case with doxycycline.

There was a Dr. Been YT vid that turned me on to the research paper... he does a good job explaining complicated medical stuff so lay people can understand how it works. The kind of stuff you NEVER get from your doctor because they don't have the time or patience to lay it all out in detail.
