The overhead lighting illuminates the dark scary floaters inside the vitreous of their own eyes.

As the floaters seem to move from one side of their field of vision to the other they instinctively attempt to track and keep up with the apparent giant flying insect or dragon causing the twirling.

It is easier to twist one’s neck up and towards the side than down and towards the side.

The real question I have is the timing of the heart failure or stroke.

Are they having the sudden change of vision because of the stroke?

Or does the scary vision caused by vitreous hemorrhage induce a sudden panic and subsequent heart attack?

I doubt the medical examiners are bothering to examine the eyeballs under a scope.
