Wanna hear a rumor it's not a good one,

Tomorrow Ukraine will make fundamental decisions. They will be discussed at a meeting of the Security Council of Ukraine, and then announced to the population. This was stated by Secretary of the Security Council of Ukraine Oleksiy Danilov.

He also announced that the Headquarters of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief would take place before the National Security and Defense Council.

What decisions are involved is unknown.

Ukrainian media panicky suggest

"It is possible that a decision may be announced on Ukraine's withdrawal from the 1994 Budapest Memorandum, according to which security guarantees were given to Kyiv in exchange for declaring the country's non-nuclear status."

In the 1994 Budapest Memorandum, the United States, Russia, and Britain committed “to respect the independence and sovereignty and the existing borders of Ukraine” and “to refrain from the threat or use of force” against the country. Those assurances played a key role in persuading the Ukrainian government in Kyiv to give up what amounted to the world’s third largest nuclear arsenal, consisting of some 1,900 strategic nuclear warheads.
