That's exactly right! I live in Sunset Beach NC and I know that our local crews with Hall's Tree Service headed down there today to get organized for clean up. I'm sure it will all be done quickly and they'll just head back up the coast and continue working as needed. I just hope they didn't send ALL of them down there lol. We'll need help also, probably. But at least they are starting where the damage was surely worse. Power should be restored as quickly as possible in Florida. Go Hall's!!

Yep. They do it here in the northeast as well when we have major outages. I wouldn't be surprised if some of our guys are down there.

Many live over a days drive away - and their companies took the work and asked for volunteers

A lot more than that. They're getting time a half for being there and double time over 8 hours if they aren't based in that county.

We pay them much more than $35 per hour...and we still have electricity rates per KWh in the lowest 20% of the country.
