Anonymous Coward User ID: 84284803 Germany 09/29/2022 05:32 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Europe dont need russian gas. Putin shills have been pushing this BS for months. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 71352879 They moght pay more for energy now, but it is not the end game changer that the russian shills pretend it to be. Paying 4 or more times the monthly rate for gas to heat your home is the end. End of heated homes, end of gas to electric energy transformation, end for the european, especially german industry. |

Anonymous Coward User ID: 80347165 United States 09/29/2022 05:51 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | You have to be a complete idiot to believe Putin would blow up the pipelines he and Europe (it was a joint project) spent billions of dollars to build under the Baltic Sea and which can be turned on and off by Russia with a flip of a switch. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 80347165 The Baltic is also under intense surveillance by Denmark, Finland and NATO countries like Germany so it would be extremely difficult if not impossible for Russian submarines to slip in and pull off such a complex demolition operation that requires much planning and practice. Ukraine sure didn't and couldn't do it. That only leaves the US. If it looks like a duck, flies like a duck and quacks like a duck then it's a duck. Plus the duck (Biden, Nuland) announced its demolition plans way in advance on tv. And their fellow duck (Polish EU parliament member and husband of prominent American neocon) said "Thank you, USA" the other day on twitter as he posted a photo of the demolition aftermath. The US has gone full gangster against both Europe and Russia and is no longer the country that was loved and admired around the world. What we're seeing is gangster war of the lowest kind waged by a desperate neocon cabal that's losing power. That makes them extremely dangerous. The current US administration is the most dangerous ever. EVER. Why couldn't Ukraine do it? They have war ships. They have Torpedos. They are looking for any excuse to call foe Europe's involvement. What are you smoking? Do you have any idea of the complexity and magnitude of this synchronized operation deep under the sea? Not to mention the stealth aspects of escaping detection? No chance in hell could Ukraine pull this off. Only a super power can. And no, it's not a couple of torpedoes and warships. [link to www.zerohedge.com (secure)] All evidence points to US. They basically machine gunned Europe to death in gangster style for even entertaining the idea of making peace with Russia and getting energy from them. That's how threatened they are by a Europe-Russia relationship which would sink the petrodollar which would destroy the cabal and the grip they have on the global financial system (i.e., running the world). Look what they did to Gaddafi when he threatened the petrodollar. |

Quoting: Anonymous Coward 73291696 it doesn't. do some basic research Are the other sources adequate to keep basics going? Or just enough to keep the elites warm and cozy? russia accounts for roughly 30% of eorope's energy via gas....i don't know the answer to your question. i'm just challenging the BS thread title. it's all coming from beneath the caspian and black seas...just via different pipelines. |

Anonymous Coward User ID: 82656936 Estonia 09/29/2022 06:31 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Dmitriy Peskov, official Spokesman for the Kremlin in Moscow, stated publicly just minutes ago: "Tomorrow at 15:00 agreements on the entry of new territories into Russia will be signed. They will be signed with all 4 territories where referendums were held. President Vladimir Putin will give a voluminous speech tomorrow." Quoting: - Not Neo - UNVERIFIED information from non-Kremlin sources about the Putin speech claim that he will ALLEGEDLY tell the world: . . . the undermining of the Nord Stream gas pipelines radically changes the geopolitical alignment. The obvious military sabotage of Western intelligence services against Russia, forces the Russia to take retaliatory measures. Europe is a military ally of Ukraine. Ammunition, howitzers, heavy equipment, tanks, and even combat aircraft, are coming to Ukraine from the EU every day! Despite this, Russia continues to pump gas there, heating the homes of Europeans and ensuring the work of virtually the entire economy, and at this time European shells are bombing Donetsk. After the annexation of new territories, this will come to an end! Russia will ALLEGEDLY also announce that: . . . if the EU does not stop military support for Ukraine within 48 hours, there will be an instant shutdown of the gas supply to 100% of European consumers. After that, the Ukrainian Gas Transfer System (GTS) will be destroyed and the supply of oil and gas through the territory of Belarus will be turned off. Don't edit my posts. About time Russia shut off the lights to Europe ! No more Mr. Nice Guy ! . |

No it can't be because that's not fucking how physics, engineering, or materials science works! There's actually incredibly severe issues with pumping across that great of a distance itself to say nothing of any of the billion other concerns each one of which make that "idea" entirely fucking idiotic. roguetechie |

User ID: 82480413 United States 09/29/2022 06:39 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Why did Putin blow up his gas pipelines? Quoting: Anonymous Coward 80106442 It's easy. To have an excuse to blow up other gas pipelines supplying Europe - for example, the Baltic Pipe. Nord Stream 1 and 2 were useless anyway, unused. But Europe has many smaller gas pipelines that allowed it to survive the winter and meet its basic needs. Putin wants to take away the minimum necessary gas supplies from Europe. By blowing up the useless NordStream 1/2, Putin wants to give himself an excuse to blow up other gas pipelines. But Putin will miscalculate. People in Europe are fed up with him and this time they will not give up on the bastard, risking even a total nuclear war. And Putin knows that the explosion of the first nuclear bomb - means that he will have to spend the rest of his life hiding underground. And it won't be a long life .... yep, reads just as stupid as the first time you posted it. |
