UNVERIFIED information from non-Kremlin sources about the Putin speech claim that he will ALLEGEDLY tell the world:

Nope. The piplines through Ukraine and Belarus are still delivering gas to eastern europe, also Ukraine itself.

There is suspicion, that the blowing up of the pipelines occurred either with knowledge or agreement of the German government.

If that is the case, a likely motivation for doing that could be to reduce pressure on the German government, that is to say, calls to "open the pipelines" were being made by two pro-Russia opposition parties represented in the federal parliament, and the calls were popular in the country, now after this incident those calls don't make sense, and therefore the ruling coalition government doesn't become unpopular, as it doesn't need now either to reject or accept such calls.

To have an excuse to blow up other gas pipelines supplying

Europe - for example, the Baltic Pipe. Nord Stream 1 and 2

were useless anyway, unused.

But Europe has many smaller gas pipelines that allowed it to

survive the winter and meet its basic needs.

Putin wants to take away the minimum necessary gas supplies
from Europe.

By blowing up the useless NordStream 1/2, Putin wants to give

himself an excuse to blow up other gas pipelines.

But Putin will miscalculate.

People in Europe are fed up with him and this time they will

not give up on the bastard, risking even a total nuclear war.

And Putin knows that the explosion of the first nuclear bomb
