But yes in the case they couldn't I absolutely would attempt to save a homeless person, just because they're homeless doesn't make them any less human. |

LETS IT DIE How many hamburgers have you eaten lately? Quoting: HeartSutra He didn't kill the kitten, the nature did. He chose not to be a cavalier but you meat eaters chose to cause the death of billions of animals. So, Fuck off hypocrites. You help an animal in need. Doesn’t matter if that many eat animals. Anyway he shouldn’t have filmed it if he wasn’t able to help it. Then go to abortion clinics like I used to, and try to convince women that are about to murder their babies. Rescue those that are unjustly sentenced to die. The hypocrisy is staggering, animals were not created in God's image, they die and are dead forever Man has conditional immortality, and most of you will lose that. how many of these cat ladies murdered their babies for convenience, a lot of them. come on, tell us about how great it was to murder your baby legal or not, you are a murderer. ... |

Cat's can swim??? Better than most humans. Long as it didn't get caught in debri it would be alright. Most cats do not like to get wet though. It's a cat thing. Proficient swimmers though. LETS IT DIE You attempt to hide your venom and hatred by cloaking it in a mantle of “caring” for animals, but that’s a lie - the truth is not that you love animals so much, but that you hate people with a vengeance. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 83520589 No the truth is that most decent human beings would have saved the poor animal, it's a helpless little kitten that can easily be saved without even breaking a sweat. The hatred is for the piece of shit human being who did absolutely nothing to save the animal. Now.... Well, he didn't do "nothing". He FILMED it moments before it's death. He took the time to FILM IT instead of rescuing it. Probably thought it would make a great shot and that he might even get some attention from it but he forgot to save it and now he is definitely getting attention. |

LETS IT DIE This is what it looks like to be a decent human being, and saving that little kitten would have been even easier assuming you're not some heartless and narcissistic piece of shit like the weather reporter. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 79187315 https://twitter.com/_/status/1575156353865510912 That kitty looked very relieved as the human gently carried it toward safety and a dry spot to warm up. Blessings to that young man, someday he will be rewarded by the Universe. Hopefully so will the piece-of-shit weatherman, although in a much different way! LETS IT DIE Flood waters often contain flesh eating bacteria and should be avoided for that reason (I guess it comes from sewage treatment plants getting flooded). Several people died from the flesh eating virus in Houston after hurricane Harvey, including one in my area. Well that guy didn't die, but probably wished he did. He was out with a kayak paddling around the development and doing some wading as well. He had a mosquito bite which was the point of bacteria entry. Within about 3 days he had multiple surgeries to remove his liquified fat tissues and was on a non stop IV of antibiotics. Quoting: JustmeTX By the time he was released he looked like a rag doll that had been torn apart and sewed back together 20 times. Because essentially he was. We all love cute little kittys but if there is a risk to a person's life, they get to make that call whether to rescue or not. Many cat lovers would go for it. Maybe they would all get lucky. But like I said, in Houston there were quite a few people that actually died from it. They also got the bacteria from cleaning houses and stripping wallboard out of flood water contaminated homes. Most animals can manage to swim immediately enough to get out of a bit of water. There is a good chance the cat made it, unless there was something else going on. This ^^ I'm right you know. :) That flood water likely contained raw sewage. Those big houses all have toilets. They flush and go to a little sewage treatment plant probably within 500 feet. When you get water that high, the sewage plant releases raw sewage into the flood water. Rule #1 is you don't wade in flood water unless you want to die from sepsis or flesh eating bacteria, or get some other ghastly disease or infection. It was not a cat, it was a kitten. They don't swim as strong and some of the water has been rough and strong. |
