When I was 26, my wife and I were up at my mom and dad's house when my grandfather died at the funeral. My mom's female friend was there too. She lived in the same city as my wife and me. When the funeral was over, we started back home on the interstate as soon as it got dark. My mom's friend followed my wife and me in her car. I had to take a leak, so we stopped at the rest stop. My mom's friend talked my wife into having me drive her car because she claimed to be sleepy.

Immediately alarm bells in my head went off. My mom's friend was married and had an affair with my uncle for ten years. I knew what she was planning. Women are seriously into getting their jollies when they know there is an element of danger. I declined her offer because all I could envision was going off that highway at 100 mph and wrapping that car around a tree. But I always wondered what if?
