The reset the internet thing has happened at least twice already. Tons of sites I used to visit before twitter/facebook are all completely gone, not even on the wayback engine. Before that it was the early internet in the days of midi files and 16 bit jpegs that took five minutes to load and ten minutes to print, all that was purged as well sometime in the late 1990s. There might be a third mass deletion underway. Save what you can before its gone
