I now live in Arizona (a native of florida) and it was a micro burst with absolutely no warning. Suddenly a 75mph wind then whoosh, porch flyin by.. then just as suddenly calm light rain. Nature is awesome! We just had a thunderstorm in Michigan a couple weeks ago, I ran outside to grab a few things as the wind was picking up and lightening struck the tree across the street, scared the living daylights out of me, lol ~With forethought and malice Whitless enacted an EO giving nursing homes immunity from wrongful death prosecutions, forced them to take in infected patients and is responsible for over 6500+ nursing home deaths~ |

Quoting: Room222 "Six feet beneath an orange grove in Mount Dora, Florida hides the largest underground atomic bomb shelter in the nation. The bunker was once the area's best hope for protecting the survivors of a nuclear war. Now, even locals don't know about the subterranean hideout beneath their feet." "Peanut Island is close to the mainland and can only be reached by boat. A 10-minute kayak ride from the coast allows you to reach this paradisiacal island in Palm Beaches, Florida (USA)." Florida home owners insurance will be unaffordable for most people. [link to www.heraldtribune.com (secure)] They tried to raise mine from $4,300 a year to $11,000 a year this time... I told that company to get fucked. Found another one who would do it for the same rate as last year but they are a nobody company, probably never payout if I need it. Insurance always was and always will be legalized racketeering. Fucking mafia. Just saw an estimate on AccuWeather of $120+ billion. Tell Brandon to print more money. |

Anonymous Coward User ID: 83131144 United States 09/28/2022 10:48 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | How in hell is that storm maintaining that strength inland? By the time it got to Orlando it was supposed to be 70mph sustained winds. Now it's south of Orlando (same distance inland) with 100mph. The way the western eyewall strengthened, and now this, stinks of weather warfare. |
