Quoting: 1guynAz Building materials are through the roof now and who knows what the insurance companies will do. Besides, it might not be the right thing to do in a recession. They might as well move to a cheaper area to rebuild rather than the coast... These days it may be cheaper and wiser to build a tiny house that they can relocate to a safer area when the weather is nasty. Nobody wants to live in a saltiness box. |
