This storm came directly across where we live here in north eastern Cape Breton. It was not too bad. The damage done is done to inferior peoples with too low of an IQ to realize living at SEA LEVEL, 30ft from shore, is a bad idea. Play stupid games, win stupid prizes. These days it may be cheaper and wiser to build a tiny house that they can relocate to a safer area when the weather is nasty. The truth is incontrovertible. Quoting: JustinCastro It's called Climate Change... but tards here will only accept magical government weather machines (that don't exist) as the reason. Jfc it's not like scientist have been explaining this shit for 50 years. Who funds these "scientists" and to what ends? There is no human-caused climate change. Temperature records are not broken everywhere, every year. Get a clue. |

Hard to believe those houses weren’t destroyed by another storm surge prior to this one. Quoting: JustinCastro People from there said they have bad storms all the time but nothing like this has ever happened before. This is the worst storm they've ever had. Some of those houses are 80 years old. If they live off of fishing, then of course they will be close to the water. One doesn't need to be that close to the water, to go to a boat and out on the water. The fishermen probably don't love the waterfront as much as other people. We subsidize their great ocean views by taking away the risk. They should have both the risk and reward. |
