how long does it take to charge an ev with a charging station? i'm wondering if the cars at the end of the line will need to be pushed to a charging station because they waited so long that they no longer have power when it's finally their turn.

also, what does everyone think about getting solar for your home? good idea? bad idea?

I can't afford to buy a $60K+ EV. And there isn't a charging station within 20 miles of my home (Nor Cal).

Home Depot has parking spaces labeled 'hybrid vehicles only'. I park my 1971 GMC 2500 there. It gets 9 MPG and is built from the parts of at least three different vehicles, so, I figure it is definitely a 'hybrid'.

Prove me wrong.

I drive a 2022 Prius, thought it looked cool and Hybrid was the way to go...I will never go full EV until that is the only option, we are not able to sustain it...However, looking at hybrids, the batteries are more toxic than the damn oil... What are we going to do with all these dead batteries in 10 years???? They are not concerned about that...We are just not ready to go EV or hybrid at this point in time...

Apparently it takes about 15 minutes to charge. I've never wanted one or been in one, so I dont really know lol.

Cars use less than 4% of so called fossil fuels in the USA and only 2% World Wide, so replacing them with electric cars EVEN IF THEY were 100% CLEAN ENERGY driven would NOT DO A DAMN FUCKING THING for the FAKE MM Climate Change.

THE BIG LIE is EV's are CLEAN, the mines are TOXIC AS HELL and SPEW 10X the TOXINS in the air (per EV produced) of what an average gas powered car does in 10 years.

Hybrid is not an EV....I also stated after buying it I started researching the battery, the disposal and making of batteries are horrible for the environment, way worse than fossil fuels...I again thought it looked good and didn't realize the impact they have. Not to mention, anything to save a few bucks on 6.00 a gallon gas sounded great...I made a mistake buying it, as stated in my post. Will not do it again until something changes with them.
